Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

SASTA Recharge is merely providing a platform to the User for recharge and bill payment for their mobile phone, DTH and utility bill payment.


You are responsible for the Mobile, DTH or Utility Bill Payment account number for which You purchase the prepaid recharge and all charges that result from those purchases. You are also responsible for the information relating to DTH, Mobile or Utility Bill payment and all charges that result from those purchases. SASTA Recharge is not responsible for any purchase of prepaid recharge for an incorrect mobile number or DTH account number or Mobile or Utility Bill payment number or incorrect toll or data card information. However, if in a transaction performed by You on Our Platform, money has been charged to Your card or bank account and a recharge is not delivered within 24 hours of the completion of the transaction, then You shall inform us by sending us an email on care@sastarecharge.com. Please include in the e-mail the following details – the mobile number (or DTH account number or Mobile or Utility Bill payment number/ID), operator name, recharge value, transaction date, order id and transaction id. SASTA Recharge will investigate the incident and, if it is found that money was indeed charged to Your card or bank account without delivery of the recharge, then You will be refunded the money within 16 working days from the date of receipt of Your email.

SASTA Recharge is not responsible for any delay, pricing or cancellation of recharge or bill payment from mobile operators or service providers / billers end. User is solely responsible for the selection of the mobile operator or service provider / biller. We are not liable to refund of payment towards special offers provided by the mobile operators or service providers / billers. However, in a case of unsuccessful payment due to a technical error on our end, the same would be refunded to you within 14 days from the date of payment. Any disputes regarding the quality, availability, cost, expiration, or other terms of the recharge or payment must be handled directly between You (or the recipient of the recharge or payment) and the mobile operators or service providers / billers.


For Cancellations please contact the us at contact@sastarecharge.com Requests received later than 3 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
